January 2010 - Harvesting updates

McPherson Block, Lilburn Valley- Harvesting and forwarding operation are underway in Block 42.
Shangri-la Block, Lilburn Valley - New temporary bridge and additional roading work has been completed and ready to harvest new block in next few months.
Wallace Block, Ohai - Operations are currently suspended. We will re start in winter.
Keen Block, Ohai - Harvesting and forwarding are completed on current block, ready to transport logs.
Sim/Howden Block, Blackmount - We are planning to start roading toward the end of summer.

March 2009 - Annual Harvesting & Establishment programme

SPFL adopted their annual operational plan for 2009/2010 financial year.
Harvesting; 29,950 green tons of logs out of 105ha of harvesting from McPherson, Wallace and Keen Block.
Establishment; 218ha of second rotation planting to above blocks and Shangrila Blocks.

October 2008 - FSC Forest Management Re-Assessment

SPFL had first 5-yearly full audit of re-assessment of FSC Forest Management Certification and passed the audit. In February 2009, the validity was extended another 5 years.
